I sense that government personnel such as this are involved in so-called "missions", i.e. "exercise training" programs. And, these people are NOT specifically told that they are involved in space-war-game 'exercises', but in actual real events. They are left in the dark, believing that they are responding to real events (space-war-games), while their superiors use the technology that is hidden from the general public, imo.
I could be wrong, but I get the sense that this individual had been instructed, given the order, to take out his own marriage partner - a newer recruit ("received a projectile to the back of the head & died in my arms"), as this was violation of regulations - again, that is imo.
His commander was Captain Roger L Kirkland (notice the similarity to the name of the captain of the Star Ship Enterprise.
This captain may have gone overboard when he decided on the punishment that was to be given to Captain 'K' (See side note above).

Operation High Jump was a massive military expedition by the USA to Antarctica after World War II, to try to flush out and completely defeat the remnants of the Nazis who have fled to their Antarctica base. The USA fleet were instead met by UFO's with very sophisticated weapons, suffered heavy casualties, and had to retreat.

intelligence reports at the time suggested that there was an enclave of
German-Nazi officers hiding out there. Admiral Bird was sent to deal
with the remnants of the Third Reich, thinking that they could dispatch
the Germans with ease. But this was not the case. Byrd
encountered heavy resistance and fled the southernmost continent before
completing his mission. The whole operation was quickly covered up and

In 1947, Admiral Richard E. Byrd led 4,000 military troops from the
U.S., Britain and Australia in an invasion of Antarctica called
“Operation Highjump”, and at least one follow-up expedition.
Operation “High Jump”, which was, basically an invasion of the
Antarctic, consisted of three Naval battle groups, which departed
Norfolk, VA, on 2 December 1946. They were led by Admiral Richard E.
Byrd’s command ship, the ice-breaker “Northwind,” and consisted of the
catapult ship “Pine Island,” the destroyer “Brownsen,” the
aircraft-carrier “Phillipines Sea,” the U.S. submarine “Sennet,” two
support vessels “Yankee” and “Merrick,” and two tankers “Canisted” and
“Capacan,” the destroyer “Henderson” and a floatplane ship “Currituck.”
A British-Norwegian force and a Russian force, and some Australian and Canadian forces were also involved.
Operation Highjump has become a topic among UFO conspiracy theorists,
who claim it was a covert US military operation to conquer alleged
secret underground Nazi facilities in Antarctica and capture the German
Vril flying discs, or Thule mercury-powered spaceship prototypes. This
has always been denied by the US Military
But new declassified pictures from Operation Highjump show some very odd details that do not fit in with the official story.
Just before the end of World War II two German provision U-boats, U-530
and U-977, were launched from a port on the Baltic Sea following a
steady stream of supplies that was carried out throughout the closing
stages of the war. Reportedly they took with them members of the
antigravity-disc research and development teams carrying Notes, Drawings
And Designs For German Flying Discs. The last of the most vital disc
components were on these vessels.
Much of the technology and hardware that the Allies were looking for
concerning the Nazi’s Secret Weapons programme had been transported to
the base during the course of the war. This included the notes and
drawings for the latest saucer or aerial disc designs and designs for
the gigantic underground complexes and living accommodations based on
the remarkable underground factories of Nordhausen in the Harz
Mountains. The two U-boats duly reached the new land of Neu-Schwabenland
in Antarctica, where they unloaded everything. They then arrived in
Argentina several months later, minus the original cargo and most of the
crew.
Rumors began to circulate that even though Germany had been defeated, a
selection of military personnel and scientists had fled the fatherland
as Allied troops swept across mainland Europe and established themselves
at a base on Antarctica from where they continued to develop advanced
aircraft based on extraterrestrial technologies.
The fact is that there was plenty of evidence, at the time, to indicate
that as late as 1947, elements of the Kriegsmarine, or German Navy, were
still very much active in the South Atlantic, operating either out of
South America, or some base, previously unsuspected, in the Antarctic.

USS Sennet 1946 Operation HighJump
Upon the Navy’s return, all information was classified ‘top-secret’, and
the only person to being talking about the mission, the Secretary of
the Navy James Forrestal, was quickly institutionalized in Bethesda
Naval Hospital psychiatric ward, and later died from a suspicious
suicide.
[William Tompkins reported that Forrestal was pushed off a roof and killed by the military industrial complex, which was later covered up.]
The Nazi’s embraced the occult and believed that the earth could be
hollow, they also believed that hollow center could be inhabited by
aliens. In fact they believed this so much that one of their missions
was specifically designed to find an entrance to the earths interior and
make contact with the inhabitants for support in the war, should they
be located.

Former NASA employee, James Oberg, who later turned into a space
journalist and historian, is interested why a lot of people believe in
UFOs. He was particularly interested in videos of abnormal lights
flooding the internet, claiming the lights were from extra-terrestrial
origins. He spent decades studying them.
Being an employee of the top space agency of the United States has
its perks and sometimes, it can give a person access to the world’s most
controversial secret. Just like this ex-NASA employee who recently told
the truth about UFOs based on inside information from the time he was
still affiliated with the agency. But it is not what conspiracy
theorists would expect.Oberg worked with
NASA in the 90s and later on picked up a hobby, which is explaining
every UFO sighting there is. He usually appears on UFO sighting
websites commenting that what was in the videos weren’t really UFOs but
“space dandruff.”
Space dandruff can be caused by blasts just like the 1996 NASA STS-75
incident. A tether attached to a satellite broke causing a cloud of ice
crystals to float around. Many who witnessed the lights from the sky
initially took it as UFOs. That is one UFO sighting explained.
Oberg spent too much time analyzing data from UFO sightings and
cross-referencing them to mission logs to try and explain every video
sighting he chanced upon. Because of his perseverance and after decades
of doing this, he finally came up with a finding that the human senses
are trained to identify slow-moving objects and a specific or
pre-calculated speed and conditions and when presented with a different
set of setting, confusions follow.
“Our sensory system is functioning absolutely perfectly for Earth
conditions,” says James Oberg, former NASA employee in an interview with
Atlas Obscura. “But we’re still a local civilization. Moving beyond our
neighborhood has been visually confusing,” Oberg added.
He also doesn’t believe that the agency is hiding the truth about
UFOs to believers and conspiracy theorists. According to Oberg, it is
just a result of watching too much sci-fi movies.
“I’ve had enough experience with real spaceflight to realise that
what’s being seen in many videos is nothing beyond the ‘norm’ from fully
mundane phenomena occurring in unearthly settings,” said Oberg in a
statement.
But believers shouldn’t hate on Oberg, unlike other debunkers,” he is
more concerned about possibly explaining UFO sightings and why people
react to it the way they do, not just in disproving every UFO sighting
captured on video.
When we look back at 2016 we will remember it as a year when
people started waking up. Countless ‘conspiracy theories’ have become
mainstream facts – and we have only made it halfway through this
momentous year. Old people may still be dozing in front of their TV
screens and accepting mainstream news on face value. But the younger
generations have started waking up and are starting to see things how
they really are.
The
term ‘conspiracy theorist’ was coined by the CIA in an effort to
discredit viable theories by people who sought out the truth. First
revealed by the New York Times in 1976, pursuant to a Freedom of
Information Act request, the CIA had written a dispatch of its
“psychological operations” — disinformation — specifically to “employ
propaganda assets to refute the attacks of the critics” and “provide
material countering and discrediting the claims of the conspiracy
theorists, so as to inhibit the circulation of such claims in other
countries.”
2016 is proving remarkable for the sheer volume of
information brought to light by people, events, and the general
crumbling of the deep-seated establishment narrative — and it’s no small
matter for those whose claims had previously been met with scorn and
derision.
Following are just eight examples of conspiracy theories that have become conspiracy facts in 2016. NSA Surveillance
1.
Though trading a pinch of liberty for an ounce of security has never
panned out for anyone but government, people continue to allow the fuzzy
blanket feel of increased ‘protection’ from terrorism to cloud their
perception of possible future outcomes. Such has been the case with the
insidious PATRIOT Act, whose repercussions from blanket, indiscriminate
surveillance culminated this year in a gloriously horrible way.
In March, it was revealed that domestic law enforcement will now have access
to information swept up by the National Security Agency’s broad net of
data collection performed on all Americans. Shocking though that may be,
global tumult in recent years — which naturally has begun to sweep the
U.S. — evidences a paranoid and increasingly fascistic government in
decline. Self-preservation is the government’s main concern at the
moment.
What
better way to effect and maintain control than to have its every
enforcement arm keen to those who might organize sufficiently to oust
said government from its pedestal of power. Of course, when Edward
Snowden first revealed the NSA’s dubiously extensive program, privacy
rights advocates and ‘conspiracy theorists’ suspected there would be
more to follow — and they were right.
“What does this rule change mean for you?” queried the ACLU.
“In short, domestic law enforcement officials now have access to huge
troves of American communications, obtained without warrants, that they
can use to put people in cages.”
The Marriage of Banking and Government

While it’s entirely likely eyes will roll at first mention of the name
Rothschild, 2016 saw substantiation of theories the notorious banking
family claims nearly direct ties with the government — in particular,
Hillary Clinton.
Ongoing, sporadic disclosures of Clinton’s personal email account have been indexed and made searchable by Wikileaks
— and thankfully so, considering the files comprise thousands of
documents. An arbitrary search performed by The Free Thought Project for
some conspiracy theorists’ ‘favorite’ family names revealed a doting
relationship between Clinton and Lynn Forester de Rothschild.
“I remain your loyal adoring pal,” Rothschild penned
in one email. Another graciously thanks Clinton for “personally
reaching out to us,” and adds, “You are the best, and we remain your
biggest fans.” Clinton signs one response to Rothschild, “Much love, H.”
Though,
as reported, nothing overtly nefarious jumps out from this search, it’s
worth recalling this gushing friendliness was found in mostly
non-redacted and unclassified emails — it’s a matter of conjecture what
may have been secreted by the government.
Mainstream Media: the Propaganda Arm of the State

Mainstream media inarguably functions as the de facto propaganda arm of
the State, but recent revelations show that the Associated Press
actually capitulated to Hitler’s Nazi Party in the 1930s in order to
maintain its ability to report from Germany.
According to findings
by a German historian, the New York-based AP had agreed to report news
from a pro-Nazi slant in return for permission to remain in the country
while other outlets had been forced to vacate German operations. This
comfortable arrangement, The Free Thought Project reported, “created a
paradigm in which the AP became virtually the sole hub of information
about Nazi Germany being disseminated to the rest of the world.”
Once
those other news organizations fled, the AP’s exclusive lock on
information held little value other than serving as Hitler’s mouthpiece.
As the Guardian noted,
the AP was required “to hire reporters who also worked for the Nazi
Party’s propaganda division. One of the four photographers employed by
the Associated Press in the 1930s, Franz Roth, was a member of the SS
paramilitary unit’s propaganda division, whose photographs were
personally chosen by Hitler.”
If they served as Hitler’s
mouthpiece when it suited them, should we be surprised they are working
hand in hand with the establishment politicians in the US today?
Cannabis as Medicine
4. Building on anecdotal reports of cannabis’ success in treating epilepsy in children, three official studies
in the last five months have declared cannabidiol oil (CBD) enormously
beneficial for curtailing — and in some cases halting — seizures in
affected youth.
Of the countless victims of the State’s insidious
and utterly failed war on drugs, perhaps the most inexcusable victims
are children living in cannabis prohibition states who suffer dozens, if
not hundreds, of seizures daily. CBD, the three studies (of many)
found, often halt symptoms in their tracks — and can allow children to
live comparatively healthy, typical lives similar to their peers.
Many
parents have turned to CBD after myriad pharmaceuticals proved useless
to treat their children’s epileptic seizures and — according to just one
of these three studies — fully 45 percent experienced “a significant
reduction” in frequency.
6. January saw the revelation, previously touted only in fringe conspiracy circles, that Western nations had wielded NATO
as a tool to oust Libya’s Muammar al-Gaddafi — because he sought to
abandon the petrodollar in favor of the gold-based Libyan dinar.
While
likely a stunning disclosure to mainstream society, conspiracy
theorists everywhere sighed a collective ‘I told you so,’ when Hillary
Clinton’s notorious emails
provided the information equivalent to a pot of gold at the end of the
rainbow — bad pun intended. Falsely premised as a humanitarian mission,
the Western nations-backed Libyan intervention, it turns out, had been
fueled by French President Nicolas Sarkozy’s insecurity over losing
influence in what some consider Francophone Africa.
As the West
pulled the collective wool of saving lives over the woefully gullible
eyes of the American public, a NATO-led military operation quashed
Gaddafi’s attempt to bring monetary independence to African nations via
his pan-African currency.

Perhaps no other subject in recent years has been as widely dubbed a
‘conspiracy theory’ as the massive effort to reveal the truth behind the
attacks of September 11, 2001. Now, vindication for those deemed
tinfoil-hat wearing nutjobs has partly culminated in national media
attention to Saudi Arabia’s virtually indisputable complicity in the
attacks — albeit to an extent or capacity as yet unknown.
In the course of just two weeks, The New York Times revealed
Saudi Arabia threatened to pull its nearly $775 billion in U.S.
investments should President Obama decide to allow passage of a bill
designed to aid 9/11 victims’ families in seeking justice. Obama then
appeared to side with the Saudis in announcing his plan to veto the bill under the guise of protecting Americans abroad — though, in actuality, it appears his motives lie elsewhere.
Should
Obama remove the Saudis’ immunity from prosecution for potential
complicity that day, the move would also give breadth to those seeking
justice for any U.S. role in both 9/11 as well as any involvement in any
terrorist acts worldwide. Appearing to succumb to the pressure of
economic and political blackmail, Obama’s veto promise might more
accurately amount to a ‘cover your ass’ maneuver. Obama then found
himself royally snubbed by the kingdom over the controversy, when King
Salman refused to greet his plane upon arrival in Riyadh for an
international summit. This story, of course, is still unfolding.
The State Always Wins
8. Perhaps the only positive outcome of the 2016 electoral chaos has been the sweeping realization the system is, in fact, rigged to install only establishment candidates.
Tumultuous
most aptly, if mildly, describes the ongoing primary season, which so
far has found the New York City Board of Elections the subject of an audit.
In
fact, in state after state, eligible voters encountered organised chaos
and incompetence at polling sites, if not outright removal from voter
rolls. Finally, the American public familiarized itself with the
function of superdelegates, contested conventions, winner-take-all states, and closed primaries.
Relative
absurdities have been exposed in platitudes such as ‘your vote counts,’
as well as in the futility of supporting an anti-establishment
candidate. America, it optimistically appears, may finally have a
collective epiphany over elections — it matters not one iota for whom
you cast your vote. The establishment always wins.
The Document declassified by the FBI states: “…Part
of the disks carry crews, others are under remote control, and the
bodies of the visitors, and the craft also, automatically materialize on
entering the vibratory rate of our dense matter…”
Numerous government around the world are slowly coping with the idea
that the worldwide population has a right to know whether or not we are
alone in the universe. In fact, the disclosure movement has never been
as strong as it is today with countless Military officers, government
officials, and astronauts speaking out about the existence of alien life
and Alien spacecraft.
Among all of the governments on the planet, it is believed that the
United States have a lot of disclosure to do. Presidential Candidate
Hilary Clinton has stated that if she is elected President of the United
States, she would disclose all alien related documents and get to the
bottom of the UFO phenomenon.
Jon Podesta, who was President Barack Obama’s right man, and Chief of
Staff under the Clinton administration tweeted not long ago that one of
his biggest regrets of 2014 was his failure to “secure the disclosure of UFO files” and that “the
time to pull the curtain back on this subject is long overdue. We have
statements from the most credible sources, those in a position to know –
about a fascinating phenomenon, the nature of which is yet to be
determined.”
But despite serious attempts of disclosure, the government of the
United States still maintains that they do not have knowledge of any
information related to the Alien/UFO phenomenon.
However, many maintain that the reason why disclosure hasn’t happened
yet isn’t because of the government. It’s very likely that such a
subject might even go far beyond, extending into powerful corporations
and a tight group of international elites.
Many governments around the globe have declassified a number of
UFO-related documents which only proves that they have been extremely
interested in the UFO phenomenon for years. However, not only have
governments released classified information, agencies such as the FBI,
NSA and CIA have also declassified some of their most secretive files on
UFO’s and Alien life in the universe.
Getting to the bottom of the declassified FBI document, the original
one can be found by visiting this link which will take you to the FBI’s
vault of declassified documents.
The declassified document was addressed to “certain scientists of distinction,” to“aeronautical and military authorities,” and to “a number of public officials.” The declassified document is a letter sent to the director of
FBI in Washington from their San Francisco office, detailing UFO’s and
extraterrestrials. “Lt. Colonel _X_X_ of G2, San Francisco advised
today he has no further information, and that our Seattle office is in
possession of all information known by him and is handling the matter
at Tacoma, Washington.” (Source) The letter (pages 21 & 22) outlines the following:
Part of the disks carry crews; others are under remote control.
Their mission is peaceful; the visitors contemplate settling on this planet.
These visitors are human-like but much larger in size.
They are not excarnate Earth people but come from their own world
The disks posses some type of radiant energy.
They do not come from any “planet” as we use the word, but
from an etheric planet which interpenetrates with our own and is
not perceptible to us.
The bodies of the visitors, and the craft also, automatically materialize on entering the vibratory rate of our dense matter.
They re-enter the etheric at will, and so simply disappear from our vision, without a trace.
The region they come from is NOT the astral plane
but corresponds to the Lakas or Talas. Students of esoteric matters will
understand these terms.
However, this is just one of the many files that have been released
to the public which describe with great detail the visitations.
Many things remain a mystery. While the above-mentioned documents
give fascinating details about the visitations, it still leaves us with a
umber of questions like: Is it possible that three are several races of
aliens out there? Are they Physical or extra dimensional? “Yes there have been crashed craft, and bodies recovered. We
are not alone in the universe; they have been coming here for a

Robert Gallo, the scientist credited with ‘discovering’ the HIV virus
in 1984, has admitted that he created AIDS in order to reduce the
world’s population.
In 1984, Gallo filed a U.S. patent application for his invention of the HIV/AIDS virus.

when a patent is filed and approved, as Dr. Gallo’s was, anyone who
uses the product or invention owes a royalty payment to the artificer.
Thus, holding the intellectual property laws to their fullest

As odd as this state of affairs could sound, it bears need for extra
scrutiny.

(“research logic”) reveals the United States was seeking a ‘virus
particle’ that might negatively impact the defense mechanisms of the

associated each victim of AIDS is worthy of a proper apology and a way
of economic closure for an invention of death and despair, perpetrated

The eyes of the world are upon the overall

$550 million dollars of payer cash to create AIDS. It is now necessary

In a speech
before the European Parliament discussing the consequences of the Brexit
vote, the President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker,
made the stunning comment that he had spoken about it to “leaders of
other planets.” Juncker’s comment suggests that world leaders are in
communication with extraterrestrials, which closely monitor global
events and assess their geopolitical and ‘exopolitical’ impact.
Juncker’s speech was given on June 28 at an emergency meeting in Brussels by the European Parliament. Here is what he said in French along with the English translation:
“It should be known that those who observe us from afar are very
worried. I met and heard and listened to several of the leaders from
other planets who are very concerned because they question the path the
European Union will engage on. And so, a soothing is needed for both the
Europeans and those who observe us from … farther away.”
My comments to what Mr. Hellyer said:
1. Scientists won't confirm the presence of aliens because the scientific community intentionally shoots them down, destroying their reputation and their careers. Nobody will then hire them nor give them grants.

Sophie Shevardnadze: Our guest today is the Honorable Paul Hellyer,
former minister of Defense of Canada, and he believes that life forms
from space are present on Earth. It’s great to have you on our show. Why
do you say that UFOs are as real as airplanes flying over our heads?
Paul Hellyer: Because I know that they are. As a matter of fact,
they’ve been visiting our planet for thousands of years and one of the
cases that would interest you most if you give me two or three minutes
to answer is that during the Cold War, 1961, there were about 50 UFOs in
formation flying south from Russia across Europe, and Supreme Allied
Command was very concerned and about ready to press the ‘Panic’ button
when they turned around and went back over the North Pole. They decided
to do an investigation and they investigated for 3 years and they
decided that, with absolute certainty, four species – at least – had
been visiting this planet for thousands of years. We have a long history
of UFOs and of course there has been a lot more activity in the last
few decades, since we invented the atomic bomb and they are very
concerned about that and the fact that we might use it again, and
because the Cosmos is a unity and it affects not just us but other
people in the Cosmos, they are very much afraid that we might be stupid
enough to start using atomic weapons again, and this would be very bad
for us and for them as well.
SS: No serious scientist has ever publicly confirmed evidence of an
encounter with extra-terrestrials – why would scientists not confirm the
facts if they exist?
PH: I’m afraid they must go out of their way not to find out. Even if
they do 10 percent of the amount of research I’ve done in the last 8
years they would be as convinced as I am. I mean, they could do it even
faster. Might take it a little longer, when they didn’t have military
background, but there are so many wonderful books that tell these
stories and they’ve been authenticated; the sightings have been
authenticated by more than one witness and also by radar, and they have
landed in various places around the world, including Russia. There’s
famous case there, I can’t remember the name of the place, but it was
widely reported at the time, a man wrote a book about it and then the
French bought the book rights so it wouldn’t be circulated around…
There’s just so much evidence, if anybody will take a time off to do a
little bit of research and study. Some people are interested and will
take the time, and the others just say “Oh, you know it’s just fantasy”.
Since I’ve been public on this subject I get probably three or four
emails a week from all over the world, from people who’ve actually
witnessed sightings, and some of them who’ve actually been on the ships,
and some of them who’ve actually been transported to another planet.
This information… it is top secret in a way that governments don’t talk
about it, but if you listen to whistleblowers and to the people who have
worked in the industry, and who know what is going on, there’s just a
lot of information out there and it doesn’t take very long to get your
hands on it.
SS: See, the problem is that some who report UFOs sightings and alien
abductions have been shown to make things up to be famous, to make
money – or just for a prank. How do we tell fiction from a fact?
PH: You have to spend a lot of time trying to find…we use to say
“separating wheat from the chaff”, and it takes a lot of effort. When I
was minister I got sighting reports and when we checked them out, about
80 percent, 8 out of 10, were not real, they were sights of Venus or of
plasma or a dozen other things, but there were 15 percent or 20 percent
for which there was no explanation and they were the genuine
unidentified flying objects. One of the conferences I went to… it was in
Las Vegas… was promoted by chap who had written a book about crashes
and there were dozens and dozens of them and many of them very-very well
authenticated, so it would be impossible to read of that evidence and
not come to the conclusion that these vehicles were real.
SS: Have you ever had your own encounter with aliens?
PH: Not encounter with aliens, no. I’ve seen a UFO, about 120 miles
north of Toronto, over Lake Muskoka, where I have a cottage. Two years
ago, at Thanksgiving, which is October, [my wife?] said that she wanted
to go out and look at the stars, so…I’m not much of a night man… but I
put on my cap and went out with her and she looked into the eastern sky
and said, “There’s a star” and I turned the other way and said, “Oh,
there’s a much brighter one over here” and she looked there and we
watched it until our necks almost broke for about 20 minutes, and it was
definitely a UFO because it could change position in the sky by three
or four degrees in three or four seconds. I checked out – there were no
satellites that could do that, a space station wasn’t going by and it
isn’t able to move that fast anyway and there was no other explanation
except that it was the real thing. Two days later I went down in the
dark, got a comfortable chair, and watched. It came back almost at the
same spot and entertained me for as long as I could take it. Then I went
back to the cottage but it was very interesting because it would drop
down in the sky and then it would roar back up and it would shift across
a few degrees and do a circle and come back at just an astronomical
speed, since you know they travel very-very fast.
SS: So does it just look like a falling star that falls really quickly and then rises again? What does it look like?
PH: Well, it looked just like a star.
SS: It looks just like a star?
PH: I don’t know if you personally have ever read the Bible or not
but I think the star of Bethlehem was one of God’s flying saucers.
SS: You also told me that people write you emails, three to five
emails a week, and they’ve actually been abducted or they had encounters
with aliens. Do they actually tell you what these aliens look like? I
mean, everyone’s interested – how would I know if I see an alien and he
abducts me?
PH: First question you have to ask is how many species are there? I
used to think there were between two and twelve. Apollo astronaut, Edgar
Mitchell, who came to Toronto a few years ago and had dinner with us
agreed there were something around two and twelve, but the latest
reports that I’ve been getting from various sources are that there are
about 80 different species and some of them look just like us and they
could walk down the street and you wouldn’t know if you walked past one.
They are what we call “Nordic blondes” and also the Tall Whites who
were actually working with the US air force in Nevada. They’re able to
get away with that, they had a couple of their ladies dressed as nuns go
into Las Vegas to shop and they weren’t detected. I have a friend who
saw one of the men walking along the street, he is somebody who can
recognize that they were different, and he did. Then there’s the Short
Grey’s as they are called, and they are the ones you see in most of the
cartoons, they have very-very slim arms and legs, they are very short,
just a little over 5 feet, and they have a great big head and great big
brown eyes. But, there are different species and you have to know that
they are different species and know that they all are different. If you
saw the Short Greys you’d certainly know there’s something up that
you’ve never seen before, but if you saw one of the Nordic Blondes,
you’d probably say “Oh I wonder if she’s from Denmark or somewhere.”
SS: So these species that you are describing – are they all different
in terms of nice and mean? Are some of them nice and benevolent and
others nasty, how are they? Are they good to people on Earth or are they
here to harm them?
PH: It’s a difficult question to answer, because they have different
agendas and maybe all of us on Earth should have the same agenda, but
you couldn’t say, maybe, that Russia and China and the US all had the
same agenda at every turn, because they don’t. I would say that nearly
all are benign and benevolent and they do want to help us, there may be
one or two species which do not. That’s one of the things I’m
investigating at the moment, to see who they are, what they are up to
and what their agendas really are.
SS: These extraterrestrial creatures – where did they come from and how did they get here, to Earth?
PH: They come from various places. For a long while I only knew about
ones who came from different star systems – the Pleadis, Zeta Reticuli
and several other star systems…but in the past few months I have met
[those] who made me aware that there are some in our star system, and
that there are actually extraterrestrials who live on a planet called
Andromedia, which is one of the moons of Saturn and that there are
others on Venus and some on Mars and that they may be interacting
between themselves – I suspect that they are because there is what is
called a “Federation” of these people and they have rules. For example,
one of the rules is that they don’t interfere with our affairs unless
there are invited to – and that’s one of the reasons, probably, that we
haven’t seen more of them until very recently…
SS: But, what do you mean, there are lots of people who want to
interact with them, there are a lot of people who actually want to see
them and to know who they are. What, do they need a special invitation
to interact with us? What does it mean – “they don’t want to interfere
with our affairs”?
PH: They don’t want to tell us how to run our affairs, they have
accepted the fact that this is our planet, and that we have the right to
run it, but they are very-very concerned: they don’t think we are good
stewards of our planet, we’re clear cutting our forests, we’re polluting
our rivers and our lakes, and we’re dumping sewage in the oceans, and
we’re doing all sorts of things which are not what good stewards of
their homes should be doing. They don’t like that and they made it very
clear. As a matter of fact they have given us a warning.
SS: How?
PH: This has come from more than one source…
SS: How have they made it clear, what have they done?
PH: They have talked to people. One of the chaps I’ve talked with
about a month ago was interacting with them in 1974, he and his brother,
in Peru. They were taken to Andromedia, teleported. They were told what
people there think and that we’re really wrecking our planet and in
fact that something dreadful is going to happen to it if we don’t
smarten up and change our ways. We spend too much time fighting each
other, we spend too much money on military expenditures, and not enough
on feeding the poor and looking after the homeless and the sick, and
that we are polluting our waters and our air and that we’re playing
around with these exotic weapons, thermonuclear weapons and atomic
weapons, which have such devastating effects both on Earth and other
areas of Cosmos. They don’t like that and that’s the reason they would
like to work with us, to teach us better ways, but only, I think, with
our consent. They work through individuals; they try and pick out
individuals who won’t be frightened to death by them, because they can
get you quite afraid. One of the cases I’m familiar with was with the
Tall Whites in Nevada, where the US airman working with them was just
frightened to death of them, and one, Charles Hall, rescued the daughter
of one of the high-up people in the Tall White and as result became
very good friends with the mother, and as soon as they could trust each
other, they had a wonderful relationship. He wrote a book about it,
called “Millennial Hospitality” – it tells you how you go through these
stages, of being scared out of your wits, but then, when you establish a
trust and a working relationship –you can have the same kind of
relationship that you would have with someone here on Earth.
SS: But here’s what I’m thinking: if you are outing their presence,
which is clearly not what they want, since they are hiding, why aren’t
you afraid of repercussions? You are obviously stating that they are
here, among us, telling me all these species that exist…
PH: They are here among us and I’m not afraid because in most cases,
as far as technology is concerned, they are light years ahead of us, and
we have learned a lot of things from them. A lot of the things we use
today we got from them, you know – led lights and microchips and Kevlar
vests and all sorts things that we got from their technology and we
could get a lot more too, especially in the fields of medicine and
agriculture if we would go about it peacefully. But, I think, maybe some
of our people are more interested in getting the military technology,
and I think that’s wrong-headed, and that’s one of the things that we
are going to have to change, because we’re going to have to work
together, all of us, everywhere on the planet.
SS: You’ve mentioned military technology and swapping technologies
and barters in-between aliens and people in American government. I want
to ask you as a former minister of Defense of Canada – is interstellar
war a possibility? Should we be creating a Star Wars force to defend
ourselves from possible invasion or something like that?
PH: I think it’s a possibility, but it’s a possibility especially if
we shoot down every UFO that comes into our airspace without asking who
they are and what they want. Right from the beginning we started
scrambling planes, trying to shoot them down, but their technology was
superior enough that we weren’t able to get away with it, certainly not
for a long while. During that period of time they could have taken us
over without any trouble if they wanted to, so I think, rather than
developing our own Star Wars to protect ourselves against them, we
should work with the benign species that are of a vast majority and work
together, and rely largely on them, of course, and cooperate, so that
we would be contributing something at the same time; I don’t think
there’s any point in us developing a galactic force that would tempt us
to ride on our own and get into mischief, which is one of the things
that some of them are concerned about.
SS: What do you expect to happen if people start to believe in alien
existence on Earth? Things are definitely going to change: our lives
aren’t going to be the same anymore.
PH: I hope that’s the case. I am all for full disclosure, and I’m
going to push very hard for full disclosure in the book I’m writing, to
give some reasons for it, things that we really have to know and have a
right to know. Our future as a species, and here I mean all of the
species in the world, is potentially at risk if we don’t figure what’s
going on and work together to try and make life more amenable for all of
us, and to work with our neighbors from other planets as well.
SS: Still, I’m thinking to myself – if they’ve been here for such a
long time as you say, and they are interested in helping humanity, as
you say, why is our world such a mess? If you want help someone, you
just help someone, you don’t wait for that someone to invite you to help
that someone, no?
PH: I think parents sometime say to their children – “this is what
you should do”, but that doesn’t mean children are going to do it, does
it? The Cosmos is based on free choice. We’re given the option of making
mistakes, of making wrong choices, and I guess, what bothers some of
us, is that we’ve made too many wrong choices, and not enough right
choices. So we’re going to have to start switching our priorities and
stop spending so much time and effort on weapons to kill each other, or
to dominate each other, and spend a lot more time on how to help each
other to have a better life and a more just society, and life which is
healthier. When the healthcare is better and when the food distribution
is better and when the air is cleaner and water is cleaner and all of
those things that are waiting to be done, if we just get together and,
as we say, row in the right direction, in the same direction, it’s
possible, but it’s a tall order and so far we haven’t done it. My thesis
is that we have to do it, we have to start doing it right away.
SS: Thank you so much for this interesting interview and insight on

called people concerned about cell phone radiation "tin foil hat-wearing
conspiracy theorists," a massive, multi-year study funded by the
federal government now concludes that yes, cell phone radiation causes
brain cancer.

Toxicology Program Carcinogenesis Studies of Cell Phone Radiofrequency
Radiation in Hsd: Sprague Dawley SD rats (Whole Body Exposures)."
"The
findings, which chronicle an unprecedented number of rodents subjected
to a lifetime of electromagnetic radiation, present some of the
strongest evidence to date that such exposure is associated with the
formation of rare cancers in at least two cell types in the brains and
hearts of rats," reports Scientific American:
The
researchers found that as the thousands of rats in the new study were
exposed to greater intensities of RF radiation, more of them developed
rare forms of brain and heart cancer that could not be easily explained
away, exhibiting a direct dose-response relationship. Some of the rats
had glioma -- a tumor of the glial cells in the brain -- or schwannoma
of the heart. Furthering concern about the findings: In prior
epidemiological studies of humans and cell phone
exposure, both types of tumors have also cropped up as associations. In
contrast, none of the control rats -- those not exposed to the
radiation -- developed such tumors.
Consumer Reports also authored this story published on Yahoo Finance,
which states, "The tumors found were gliomas (in the brain), and
schwannomas (of the heart)." That same story goes on to report:
[T]he
current study, which found the same types of tumors in rats that the
earlier epidemiological research found in humans, was a controlled
clinical trial; it was specifically designed to simulate the exposures
of cell phone users, and all of the important parameters were tightly
controlled and carefully monitored. Rats and mice were exposed to the
same kinds of radiation used in cell phones, for roughly nine hours each day, spread over the course of the day.
I must write this diary in secrecy and obscurity. It concerns my Arctic flight of the nineteenth day of February in the year of Nineteen and Forty Seven.

FLIGHT LOG - BASE CAMP ARCTIC - 2/19/1947
0600 Hours- All preparations are complete for our flight north ward and we are airborne with full fuel tanks at 0610 Hours.
0620 Hours- fuel mixture on starboard engine seems too rich, adjustment made and Pratt Whittneys are running smoothly.
0730 Hours- Radio Check with base camp. All is well and radio reception is normal.
0800 Hours- Slight turbulence noted from easterly direction at altitude of 2321 feet, correction to 1700 feet, no further turbulence, but tail wind increases, slight adjustment in throttle controls, aircraft performing very well now.
0815 Hours- Radio Check with base camp, situation normal.
0910 Hours- Vast Ice and snow below, note coloration of yellowish nature, and disperse in a linear pattern. Altering course foe a better examination of this color pattern below, note reddish or purple color also. Circle this area two full turns and return to assigned compass heading. Position check made again to base camp, and relay information concerning colorations in the Ice and snow below.
0910 Hours- Both Magnetic and Gyro compasses beginning to gyrate and wobble, we are unable to hold our heading by instrumentation. Take bearing with Sun compass, yet all seems well. The controls are seemingly slow to respond and have sluggish quality, but there is no indication of Icing!
0915 Hours- In the distance is what appears to be mountains.
0949 Hours- 29 minutes elapsed flight time from the first sighting of the mountains, it is no illusion. They are mountains and consisting of a small range that I have never seen before!
1000 Hours- We are crossing over the small mountain range and still proceeding northward as best as can be ascertained. Beyond the mountain range is what appears to be a valley with a small river or stream running through the center portion. There should be no green valley below! Something is definitely wrong and abnormal here! We should be over Ice and Snow! To the portside are great forests growing on the mountain slopes. Our navigation Instruments are still spinning, the gyroscope is oscillating back and forth!
1005 Hours- I alter altitude to 1400 feet and execute a sharp left turn to better examine the valley below. It is green with either moss or a type of tight knit grass. The Light here seems different. I cannot see the Sun anymore. We make another left turn and we spot what seems to be a large animal of some kind below us. It appears to be an elephant! NO!!! It looks more like a mammoth! This is incredible! Yet, there it is! Decrease altitude to 1000 feet and take binoculars to better examine the animal. It is confirmed - it is definitely a mammoth-like animal! Report this to base camp.
1030 Hours- Encountering more rolling green hills now. The external temperature indicator reads 74 degrees Fahrenheit! Continuing on our heading now. Navigation instruments seem normal now. I am puzzled over their actions. Attempt to contact base camp. Radio is not functioning!
1130 Hours- Countryside below is more level and normal (if I may use that word). Ahead we spot what seems to be a city!!!! This is impossible! Aircraft seems light and oddly buoyant. The controls refuse to respond!! My GOD!!! Off our port and star board wings are a strange type of aircraft. They are closing rapidly alongside! They are disc-shaped and have a radiant quality to them. They are close enough now to see the markings on them. It is a type of Swastika!!! This is fantastic. Where are we! What has happened. I tug at the controls again. They will not respond!!!! We are caught in an invisible vice grip of some type!
1135 Hours- Our radio crackles and a voice comes through in English with what perhaps is a slight Nordic or Germanic accent! The message is:
'Welcome, Admiral, to our domain. We shall land you in exactly seven minutes! Relax, Admiral, you are in good hands.'
I note the engines of our plane have stopped running! The aircraft is under some strange control and is now turning itself. The controls are useless.
1140 Hours- Another radio message received. We begin the landing process now, and in moments the plane shudders slightly, and begins a descent as though caught in some great unseen elevator! The downward motion is negligible, and we touch down with only a slight jolt!
1145 Hours- I am making a hasty last entry in the flight log. Several men are approaching on foot toward our aircraft. They are tall with blond hair. In the distance is a large shimmering city pulsating with rainbow hues of color. I do not know what is going to happen now, but I see no signs of weapons on those approaching. I hear now a voice ordering me by name to open the cargo door. I comply.

From this point I write all the following events here from memory. It defies the imagination and would seem all but madness if it had not happened.
The radioman and I are taken from the aircraft and we are received in a most cordial manner. We were then boarded on a small platform-like conveyance with no wheels! It moves us toward the glowing city with great swiftness. As we approach, the city seems to be made of a crystal material.
Soon we arrive at a large building that is a type I have never seen before. It appears to be right out of the design board of Frank Lloyd Wright, or perhaps more correctly, out of a Buck Rogers setting!!
We are given some type of warm beverage which tasted like nothing I have ever savored before. It is delicious. After about ten minutes, two of our wondrous appearing hosts come to our quarters and announce that I am to accompany them. I have no choice but to comply. I leave my radioman behind and we walk a short distance and enter into what seems to be an elevator.
We descend downward for some moments, the machine stops, and the door lifts silently upward! We then proceed down a long hallway that is lit by a rose-colored light that seems to be emanating from the very walls themselves! One of the beings motions for us to stop before a great door. Over the door is an inscription that I cannot read. The great door slides noiselessly open and I am beckoned to enter.
One of my hosts speaks.
'Have no fear, Admiral, you are to have an audience with the Master...'
I step inside and my eyes adjust to the beautiful coloration that seems to be filling the room completely.
Then I begin to see my surroundings. What greeted my eyes is the most beautiful sight of my entire existence. It is in fact too beautiful and wondrous to describe. It is exquisite and delicate. I do not think there exists a human term that can describe it in any detail with justice!
My thoughts are interrupted in a cordial manner by a warm rich voice of melodious quality,
'I bid you welcome to our domain, Admiral.'
I see a man with delicate features and with the etching of years upon his face. He is seated at a long table. He motions me to sit down in one of the chairs.
After I am seated, he places his fingertips together and smiles.
He speaks softly again, and conveys the following:
'We have let you enter here because you are of noble character and well-known on the Surface World, Admiral.'
Surface World, I half-gasp under my breath!
'Yes,' the Master replies with a smile, 'you are in the domain of the Arianni, the Inner World of the Earth. We shall not long delay your mission, and you will be safely escorted back to the surface and for a distance beyond. But now, Admiral, I shall tell you why you have been summoned here.
Our interest rightly begins just after your race exploded the first atomic bombs over Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan. It was at that alarming time we sent our flying machines, the "Flugelrads", to your surface world to investigate what your race had done. That is, of course, past history now, my dear Admiral, but I must continue on.
You see, we have never interfered before in your race's wars, and barbarity, but now we must, for you have learned to tamper with a certain power that is not for man, namely, that of atomic energy. Our emissaries have already delivered messages to the powers of your world, and yet they do not heed. Now you have been chosen to be witness here that our world does exist.
You see, our Culture and Science is many thousands of years beyond your race, Admiral.'
I interrupted,
'But what does this have to do with me, Sir?'
The Master's eyes seemed to penetrate deeply into my mind, and after studying me for a few moments he replied,
'Your race has now reached the point of no return, for there are those among you who would destroy your very world rather than relinquish their power as they know it...'
I nodded, and the Master continued,
'In 1945 and afterward, we tried to contact your race, but our efforts were met with hostility, our Flugelrads were fired upon.
Yes, even pursued with malice and animosity by your fighter planes. So, now, I say to you, my son, there is a great storm gathering in your world, a black fury that will not spend itself for many years. There will be no answer in your arms, there will be no safety in your science.
It may rage on until every flower of your culture is trampled, and all human things are leveled in vast chaos. Your recent war was only a prelude of what is yet to come for your race. We here see it more clearly with each hour.. do you say I am mistaken?'
'No,' I answer, 'it happened once before, the dark ages came and they lasted for more than five hundred years.'
'Yes, my son,' replied the Master, 'the dark ages that will come now for your race will cover the Earth like a pall, but I believe that some of your race will live through the storm, beyond that, I cannot say.
We see at a great distance a new world stirring from the ruins of your race, seeking its lost and legendary treasures, and they will be here, my son, safe in our keeping. When that time arrives, we shall come forward again to help revive your culture and your race.
Perhaps, by then, you will have learned the futility of war and its strife...and after that time, certain of your culture and science will be returned for your race to begin anew. You, my son, are to return to the Surface World with this message.....'
With these closing words, our meeting seemed at an end. I stood for a moment as in a dream....but, yet, I knew this was reality, and for some strange reason I bowed slightly, either out of respect or humility, I do not know which.
Suddenly, I was again aware that the two beautiful hosts who had brought me here were again at my side.
'This way, Admiral,' motioned one.
I turned once more before leaving and looked back toward the Master. A gentle smile was etched on his delicate and ancient face.
'Farewell, my son,' he spoke, then he gestured with a lovely, slender hand a motion of peace and our meeting was truly ended.
Quickly, we walked back through the great door of the Master's chamber and once again entered into the elevator.
The door slid silently downward and we were at once going upward. One of my hosts spoke again, 'We must now make haste, Admiral, as the Master desires to delay you no longer on your scheduled timetable and you must return with his message to your race.'
I said nothing. All of this was almost beyond belief, and once again my thoughts were interrupted as we stopped. I entered the room and was again with my radioman. He had an anxious expression on his face.
As I approached, I said,
'It is all right, Howie, it is all right.'
The two beings motioned us toward the awaiting conveyance, we boarded, and soon arrived back at the aircraft. The engines were idling and we boarded immediately.
The whole atmosphere seemed charged now with a certain air of urgency. After the cargo door was closed the aircraft was immediately lifted by that unseen force until we reached an altitude of 2700 feet. Two of the aircraft were alongside for some distance guiding us on our return way.
I must state here, the airspeed indicator registered no reading, yet we were moving along at a very rapid rate.
215 Hours - A radio message comes through.
'We are leaving you now, Admiral, your controls are free. Auf Wiedersehen!!!!'
We watched for a moment as the flugelrads disappeared into the pale blue sky.
The aircraft suddenly felt as though caught in a sharp downdraft for a moment. We quickly recovered her control. We do not speak for some time, each man has his thoughts...
ENTRY IN FLIGHT LOG CONTINUES
220 Hours- We are again over vast areas of ice and snow, and approximately 27 minutes from base camp. We radio them, they respond. We report all conditions normal....normal. Base camp expresses relief at our re-established contact.
300 Hours- We land smoothly at base camp. I have a mission.....

March 11, 1947
I have just attended a staff meeting at the Pentagon. I have stated fully my discovery and the message from the Master.
All is duly recorded. The President has been advised. I am now detained for several hours (six hours, thirty- nine minutes, to be exact.) I am interviewed intently by Top Security Forces and a medical team. It was an ordeal!!!!
I am placed under strict control via the national security provisions of this United States of America. I am ORDERED TO REMAIN SILENT IN REGARD TO ALL THAT I HAVE LEARNED, ON THE BEHALF OF HUMANITY!!! Incredible!
I am reminded that I am a military man and I must obey orders.
30/12/56 - FINAL ENTRY
These last few years elapsed since 1947 have not been kind...
I now make my final entry in this singular diary. In closing, I must state that I have faithfully kept this matter secret as directed all these years. It has been completely against my values of moral right. Now, I seem to sense the long night coming on and this secret will not die with me, but as all truth shall, it will triumph and so it shall.
This can be the only hope for mankind. I have seen the truth and it has quickened my spirit and has set me free! I have done my duty toward the monstrous military industrial complex.
Now, the long night begins to approach, but there shall be no end.
Just as the long night of the Arctic ends, the brilliant sunshine of Truth shall come again... and those who are of darkness shall fall in it's Light... FOR I HAVE SEEN THAT LAND BEYOND THE POLE, THAT CENTER OF THE GREAT UNKNOWN.
