Hope Girl is asking for help for an orphanage in Tanzania. The government there is threatening to shut down the orphanage, unless they pay $4000. The orphanage takes care of 23 children whose parents have died of AIDS. They also need help feeding the children every day. She's asking for donations.

The community leader's brief is a document that should be circulated around far and wide, and reach every mayor, governor, and basically every community leader that you know about. Here is a good history of the birth of the secret space program, including the birth and original purpose of the CIA, NSA, MJ12, the Bilderbergers, Dulce Base and Area 15. It also explains the Kennedy assasination as well as the cabal's policy of narcotics sales and population control.

There was a joint US and USSR moon base at the time of Kennedy's speech to put a man on the moon. Construction of a mars base started a few years after 1962. The cold war was a farce intended to funnel vast amounts of money into the secret space program. The US and USSR are really the closest of allies.

The real purpose of the space program is to preserve human life beyond a percieved doomsday. 3 "alternatives" to doomsday were proposed: Alternative 1 involves detonating a nuke in the atmosphere to release the heat and pollution. Alternative 2 involves putting humans underground until it was safe to come out again. Alternative 3 involves putting humans on the Moon and on Mars.

Make sure you watch till the very end, it shows Neil Armstrong faking the moon landings.

FULL DISCLOSURE!!! NOTHING LESS!!!

Our planet and our civilization is on the verge of making the decision of whether we will go through Partial Disclosure or Full Disclosure. We need to hold FULL DISCLOSURE in our hearts, and together we will choose which timeline Earth will go through.

Partial Disclosure means that the cabal gets away with the dirty things they did and are still doing to the rest of humanity, but our civilization gets a star-trek upgrade (eventually).

FULL DISCLOSURE means that all the atrocities are brought into the light.

I guess I don't get why there are even negotiations. Why won't the "white hats" just start data dumps? From what you've been saying, Corey, the people who are for partial disclosure are criminals anyway. Don't we, as the actual citizens of this planet, have the right to know the truth, so we can start freeing ourselves from corrupt rulers? Cobra has stated that the Forces of Light (or at least the ones that he works for...?) have no intention to stop working until we get Full Disclosure.

COBRA – OK. I am not aware that Benjamin Fulford was stating that partial disclosure is in the game. I know that Corey Goode was saying those things, but this is not an option. The plan of the light forces has not changed. The only option is full and complete disclosure and the light forces will continue pressing with their plans until that happens. There might be factions of the Cabal or some other interest groups that would like to push for partial disclosure or spin it or twist it, but this is simply not acceptable, and it will not happen.
