Who is Cobra? PREPARE FOR CHANGE!!!

No, it's not Cobra Commander, enemy of the GI Joes.

Cobra is short for Compression Breakthrough (or maybe it's Compassion Breakthrough), and is a pen name used by somebody who is a spokesperson of "The Resistance", who are part of the fight against the Cabal. I learned this from this article:

The community leader's brief is a document that should be circulated around far and wide, and reach every mayor, governor, and basically every community leader that you know about.
