Here is a good history of the birth of the secret space program, including the birth and original purpose of the CIA, NSA, MJ12, the Bilderbergers, Dulce Base and Area 15. It also explains the Kennedy assasination as well as the cabal's policy of narcotics sales and population control.

There was a joint US and USSR moon base at the time of Kennedy's speech to put a man on the moon. Construction of a mars base started a few years after 1962. The cold war was a farce intended to funnel vast amounts of money into the secret space program. The US and USSR are really the closest of allies.

The real purpose of the space program is to preserve human life beyond a percieved doomsday. 3 "alternatives" to doomsday were proposed: Alternative 1 involves detonating a nuke in the atmosphere to release the heat and pollution. Alternative 2 involves putting humans underground until it was safe to come out again. Alternative 3 involves putting humans on the Moon and on Mars.
